Saturn - Transits MC - 1978 and 2008
In July 1978 - I found myself travelling overseas with my sister and a few chaperones, no parents. I was 14 and my sister not yet sixteen . It was our first trip overseas we were so excited. Saturn was transiting my MC opposite my natal Saturn on my IC. How appropriate for being as far away from home and the influence of my parents as possible
Landing at LA airport our first stop , we experienced our first sighting of a Movie Star . We saw Barbara Feldon, - Agent 99 from the famous serious “Get Smart” . Being big fans of the show we were excited and amazed to see her and realized that in the flesh she was - normal height - because on the show she appeared very tall - compared to Don Adams - agent 86. She smiled at us. We were thrilled teenage girls.
30 years later as Saturn transits my MC again - unfortunately no travelling - but trying to find extra time to work the C*I*A project - organizing agents, working out some advertising and carrying out the rest of my duties, I googled “Get Smart” just for some light entertainment. The Show was born in 1965 - written by the hilarious Mel Brooks. I clicked on Don Adams - born on 13th April same day as a brother of mine(born also in 1965) , anyway - funny coincidence. Then I clicked on Barbara Feldon and I find out she has the same birthday as me - 12th March - hilarious .
The C*I*A project continues and in some weird way this cosmic synchronicity - Agent 99, the agency, finding ourselves in Langley during our first C*I*A launch
(see www.ciatwelfthzone.blogspot.com) has given me an extra boost and further inspiration to continue . As 10th house transits ask one to look at the satisfactions of ones achievements,the Saturn 10th house transit, asks one to be more determined about manifesting goals, an MC transit, touches on our aspirations and being seen in the world - well to me the difficult side of this transit - Saturn on the MC - is the light relief - of Agent 99 - sharing my birthday - and 30 years ago having seen her in the flesh , the C*I*A project is also now very real and manifest, during this transit I also started writing a short comedy on the C*I*A which I hope to film later in the Year.
